BnwCollections.com offers two different types of warranty, depending on which product you have purchased, and the policy offered at the time of purchase for that product. Please have your packaging details handy and review our policies below.
We always work hard and diligently to resolve any problems you might experience with one of our products. We have an in-house certified technical team available around the clock at our main Karachi office. We offer a one-year limited warranty on brand electronic items and other products at bnwcollections.com. If you have a warranty with you product you should find an order number mentioned on your invoice details. When contacting us, please quote this order number so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT: Please confirm if your product has a warranty before purchasing if your product is not an electronic item.
BnW Collections does not replace your item under any circumstances if your item malfunctions. Under our 1 year service warranty only covers labour costs to repair the item. If any components are required to repair your item, the costs are billed directly to you. Once payment has been received, and you provide your approval to proceed, only then will the full repair will be carried out. The entire labour cost of the repair job is covered entirely by BnW Collections.
BnW Collections reserves the right to disapprove any warranty claims where the product has been damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse, abuse, or attempted repair or customer re-work. If the product is unable to be repaired under our service warranty then no replacement unit would be issued.
Our 7 day replacement policy is one of a kind, and has totally changed online photography shopping in Pakistan. We are not just trend setters but the first store in Pakistan to have a fully functional returns policy. Many of our competitors across Pakistan have now followed this trend to confirm the safety of our customers across Pakistan.
Our ground breaking policy offers a full 7 day replacement policy for all our products so you can be confident that the product you have purchased from us online has absolutely no manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue is reported to us within the first 7 days via email at [email protected] or by calling at 0332-3327022 then your product shall be replaced immediately.
At the time of delivery please check your items for any physical faults. Physical faults which are visible which cannot be spotted only are covered however, claims for scratches, dents are not covered under our 7 Days return policy. You are requested to check your product before you pay for it in the case where our staff makes the delivery.
If you receive your items by courier *e.g. (TCS)* and they do not let you open the flyer then you can report about any such issues on the day you receive your item only. All issues must be reported via telephone or email. Please note: items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). If packaging is removed or, discarded or broken removed then the packing for the replacement phone shall be removed to adjust for the replaced phone.
Before contacting our support department or claim under a warranty, we would highly recommend checking different forums via a Google search for any issues you are experiencing with your product. In many cases fixes or explanations are provided for most issues.
If you have carried out a thorough search and your problem is still not resolved, then please call our support team directly at 0332-3327022 or via email at "[email protected]". If we are still unable to resolve your issue, and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, our support team will provide instructions for sending back your unit for replacement or repairs.
Once your product has been received, we will at our discretion only, ship a replacement to you, all postage/shipping fees are paid by us in this instance. If repairs are required we shall update you within 10 working days after when we receive your item at our end. All returns must include a Return Request Number (RRN) number, which you can request by logging in to our website using your account and under "My Account Section" and filing a "Return Request" from your completed orders.
BnW Collections reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period, dated from the original date of purchase.
Please note: Your item is not covered under any of our warranty policies if there is any backfire or any issue from your power supply.
