M4 Processing Chip
The tech industry is in awe with Apple’s latest launch of the M4 processing chip. They launched it in the last quarter of this year with the 2024 MacBook Pro 14 and 16.
The M4 chip comprises a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine. This architecture delivers lightning-fast processing speed and allows users to multitask easily. 3d rendering, video editing, live streaming, and every other demanding task you throw at it will be done in a snap.
Unified Memory and Storage
Equipped with 16 GB unified memory, it provides the user with ultimate performance for demanding apps and multitasking. Furthermore, it comes with ample storage, i.e. 1 TB of Solid State Drive. Together the memory and storage ensure prompt data access and quick boot times, to help you be more productive.
Liquid Retina XDR Display
One of the highlighting features of the MacBook 2024 is the Liquid Retina XDR display. On the 14.2-inch screen, the user gets a resolution of 3024 x 1964 pixels and a native resolution of 254 PPI. To add to the screen clarity, it will deliver a color accuracy of up to 1,000,000,000 colors, and a contrast ratio of 1,000,000:1.
When working in the dark, the brightness can be reduced to 1 nit and when needed it can be increased up to 1000 nits. Plus, when you are working with HDR content, it will offer a peak brightness of up to 1600 nits.
M4 Graphics
Getting to the graphics, the MacBook Pro 14 MW2V3 has M4 integrated graphics. One, the GPU features 2nd Gen ray tracing capabilities for faster image rendering and an immersive user experience. Two, Dynamic Caching allows for increased fast on-chip graphics memory utilization. And three, thanks to the neural engine, the GPU has machine learning abilities and AI tasks can effortlessly be done.
